2)            More personal to Jesus is John 6:47 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” The same comes out in John 8:51 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.” Jesus, reassuring Martha, the sister of His friend, Lazarus, of His Divinity, says to her, “And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this” (John 11:26)? What does one apprehend in the Lord’s declaration of John 12:44? It reads, “Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.” What is Jesus saying but not in printed documentation in this verse? “There are Three of Us; One sits eternally on the empyrean throne of the Rainbow Administration; Another One is resident in the Jerusalem Temple as I am speaking; the One on the throne and Who never vacates it sent Me, the Second Member of the Godhead. The Three of Us are one in spirit, thought and essence. Anyone who fails to believe Me refuses eternal life.” There is no need explaining John 20:31 “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.”

SALVATION FROM SIN

                Just before He went up to heaven before their very own eyes Jesus said, “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” (Mark 16:16). This is a big lesson on salvation from sin. The word ‘saved’ is sozo (sō’-zō): ‘to save, i.e. deliver or protect; rescue; preserve one who is in danger of destruction.’ The Greek sozo speaks of complete exculpation from sin. The Christian salvation from sin is absolutely eternal. Romans 10:11-13 11 “For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12) For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Kataischuno (kat-ai-schï ’-nō) is the Greek for ‘ashamed’ and it means: ‘to shame down, i.e. disgrace or (by implication) put to the blush; confound, dishonor.’ For salvation to be consummated we always use Romans 10: 9-10 in prayer. I, honestly, do not know how God does it, but a belief in what one says in the sinner’s prayer of salvation hastens the Lord’s intent to one’s soteriological rescue.

                1Peter 1:19-21 19 “But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20) Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21) Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.” Soteriology is, from eternal past, an establishment by the Divine counsel to create a new species of humanity through the propitiating blood of the sinless Jesus Christ to those who would believe our report about the saving grace of the God of the Bible.

                1John 5:1 “Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.” Every religion that seeks recognition of followership must as of necessity adopt the Christological quiddity into its doctrine. The Devil knows quite well that without Jesus nothing works spiritually. Jesus Christ, being the only manifested One of the Godhead must be represented to give man’s religion a false Divine representation. Now, who is Jesus? He is the Man born of the Virgin Mary, Jesus came into being in the womb of Mary, her mother. Who is Christ? Christ is the LORD from heaven. He has no beginning and definitely, as the Second Member of the Godhead, He has no ending. The epithetical: which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty; Lord of lords and King of kings appropriately sums up the Divinity of Christ. Christ receives what no angel or any created being receives: the latria! Believing in Him is putting all your trust in the LORD God. Amen!

                Jesus will give you rest only if you will receive His life. Get born again. Say this simple prayer:

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
