Who Is Abel Damina Working For? (ii)

Very few preachers teach the security of salvation, so, when I heard that Dr Abel Damina teaches ‘once saved, always saved', it pleased my heart. If there are architectural buildings of enclosures in heaven, then God too has His own abode of walls and roofing. To put a roof on God’s dwelling is to limit His personage and tends to impugn Jehovah’s immanency and also makes Him look like needing protection, ergo, heretic and in nonconformity with Christian theology. From the definitions above, a paraphrastic couch of the promise of Jesus is, “In my Father’s home (family) are many spaces….I go to prepare a spot for you.” I can understand the mortality claim of being the Alpha i.e. first or beginning. But, when the selfsame entity lays claim to being the Omega i.e. last or ending as well, that is the same as laying claim to eternality of existence. Only God is Alpha and Omega at the same time. The epithetical which is, and which was, and which is to come speaks of the Entity predating eternity past, Who still exists, and will, by His own power, continue to exist as the LORD God throughout eternity to come. What is the last name Jesus calls Himself in the above verse? “The Almighty,” which in Greek is pantokratōr (pan-tok-rat’-ore): ‘he who holds sway over all things; the ruler of all: God the all ruling, that is, God (as absolute and universal sovereign).’Read More

A neighborhood acquaintance, wondering about the kind of teachings Dr. Abel Damina is known for, quoted what he watched and heard him saying, “Anytime I drop something about the Bible, and they busy themselves with it, I quickly go back to do some research and drop another bomb at them.” Let us go through some of Dr Abel Damina’s teachings: 1. You cannot lose your salvation. 2. There are no mansions in heaven. 3. Jesus is God. 4. The falsehood of “What God cannot do does not exist.” 5. Jesus did not ascend to heaven. 6. God did not tell Noah to build an ark. 7. Tithing is not for the New Testament Church. 8. God never entered into covenant with man. 9. If you follow the Bible, you will be poor all your life. 10. God has never been angry. 11. You do not have a separate spirit of your own. The spirit inside you is the Holy Spirit; because you and God are one. 12. There is no Trinity. 13. Jesus is not the Lion of Judah. 14. Abraham was a dubious businessman; Jacob too used Benjamin as collateral to make money. Philippians 3:9 “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:” therefore, the righteousness of the Christian dwells not in himself. Can Jesus lose His divine righteousness? If the answer is, “No,” then as a Christian, I cannot lose my righteousness, and, consequently, my salvation. Selah!Read More

Eternality of the Son took from the Eternal hand of God the Father (…continues from part II…) 3)            The dramatic walk towards the throne were the strides of eternal feet of the Second Member of the Godhead. The outstretched hand of the Lion of Judah was the arm of eternality of the Son: for only...Read More

The sole aim of the Incarnation is purely soteriological. He came to save the lost souls of Adam, made in the image and likeness of Himself. Having overcome the world for the Church, who dares stand up to Christ, the Lion of Judah? You know, one head of a purported Church of Jesus taught that that Elder, whose seat is one of those that surround the throne of the Eternal Father, does not know Bible, which, according to this pastor, Dr. Abel Damina, accounts for his utterance of “Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.” The simple question to this pastor is, “Could a celestial Elder, seated on a throne in front of the thrice holy Jehovah open his mouth to vomit unscriptural rubbish?” Do we not understand that: one, it was his encounter with the LORD Jesus on the island of Patmos that got John transported, in spirit, to see heaven? Two, was it not the Holy Spirit that inspired the writing of Revelation, the last Book of the Bible? Number three, was John so much an abecedarian when it comes to facticity of Scriptural relevance? The Elder was not rebuked for his supposedly careless contribution: which proves that he was perfectly correct to refer to Jesus as “the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David,” Who, according to Scripture, “hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.” Many teachers of the Bible are mere tools of Satanism, come to scratch the syndromic itchy ears of Church goers who are not ready to abide by the simplicity of Scripture. The Father on the throne is not the Lion of the tribe of Judah, neither is the Holy Spirit is: for neither of Them did the practicality of becoming the flesh of Adamic existence. Does this epic celestial phenomenality not debunk theological oneness theory of Sabellianism which Dr. Abel Damina teaches: that there are no distinctive personalities among the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit? What the abecedarian in Scriptural understanding apprehends is the negativity attached to polar and not the charging workability involvement of polarity. It takes nonpareil power to enable workability of amalgamation the of two opposite offices. For the soteriological sake of Adam’s regeneration, is there any thing too hard for God’s achievement? This Lamby phenomenon, a foregone conclusion in the Godhead calendar, must come into place the minute the original sin waded ominously into the Eden Garden. Twice the Lamby prospect received its citadel of institutionalism on the terra firma. Cain’s unfortunate, spiritual rejection was Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, that takes away the sin of the world. This Lamb had been slain before the foundation of the world. Christ must stoop low to assume the humble posture of the prophet unknown to His people whom He had come to save. For the sake of salvation, Jesus became the Lamb for the substitutionary death: the Just for the unjust. Selah! Pastor Adeboye's eulogy of God, saying, “God is the One Who carries out clinical surgery without dropping blood,” contextually, is anomalous with the Scripture. It was inevitable cruciality for blood to drop. Adam’s untainted blood must be deposited before the occurrence of the original sin. Adam’s prefiguration of Jesus, the Husband of the Church, must go through the process of following the Scriptural pattern of blood shedding of the establishment of the Church: which the Woman of Eden represents in Scripture.
