HE IS THE WORD OF GOD (five)

(…continues from part 4…)
5) John 14:14 “If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.” The statement of this verse is absolutely marked with ponderous profundity. Let us begin with ‘ask’, aiteō (ahee-the’-o): ‘to beg, call for, crave, desire, require, prayer of demand.’ The next, ‘any thing,’ is tis (tis): an enclitic indefinite pronoun: means ‘some or any person or object.’ Then we have ‘do’, poieō (poy-eh’-o): ‘make, fashion, create out of something.’ Jesus says, “If you make a prayer of demand concerning any person, an object or a situation in my name, I, Jesus, will go into creation to make it happen;” in paraphrasing John 14:14. It is definitely pregnant with the enunciation of the abstrusity of His Deity. Prayers come from all over the globe. The ability to give positive treatment for every prayer, the asseveration of John 14:14 makes Jesus Christ not only the Omniscient, Who knows the heart of all praying tongues, it spotlights His divine Omnipotence: for it takes Almightiness of divine power to create and make desires happen for individuals. What is more? It enunciates the incogitability of His Omnipresence. How can any intelligent entity be truly present everywhere? Is it not mind-boggling? Scriptural facticity of John 14:14 gives an apocalypse of the Deity of Jesus Christ who is at once Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent.

For the Son of man is Lord even of the Sabbath day.
Matthew 12:6-8 6) “But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple. 7) But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless. 8) For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.” It is so an awesome phenomenality that the more one lifts through the pages of the Bible, as if unwrapping His swaddling cloths as He lay, the Incarnation of the unseen God, in the manger, the more nonpareil astonishment sweeps over your being when the truth of His Divinity hits your intelligence. How can a one born of a woman of carnality be greater than the Jerusalem Temple of the Most High? How can the supposed ‘son’ of Joseph receive Scriptural accentuation of LORD of the Sabbath? It blows the mind!
The Jews, in egregious ignorance, hold Jesus guilty of breaking the Sabbath law. They did not know that standing before their carnal gaze is the Entity of Genesis chapter one. He has an inclusion in the Elohiym of the first verse of Genesis chapter 1. He is the Light of the third verse. In John 1:1-3 verse one reads, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Not wanting the reader to be in doubt about who this Personage is, emphasis must be laid on verse two, which reads: “The same was in the beginning with God.” The third verse, one of my favourite Scriptures, is so explanatory: “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

The Lord stooped down to write what He wrote on Mountain of Sinai
The One Who made all things is aptly the Author of the creationism: Christ Jesus. Amen. So, if you will just allow me to take you on a Scriptural journey back to Genesis, it says of the Creator, 2) “And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3) And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made” (Genesis 2:2-3). Incredibly true is this facticity: the One Who promulgated the Ten Commandments is also the Entity of John 1:14, Who in His bid to save a guilty as charged adulterer, stoop down, I believe, to write what He, on Mountain of Sinai, wrote on the table of stone supplied by Moses, on the ground.
The One Who must stoop to save the world, Who also stood before the haranguing Pharisees, doubtless, from scriptural revelation, is the LORD God Who rested on the original Eden Sabbath day. Eye-popping, mind boggling is the awesome epiphany, looking at Him which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty, in the presence of Whom they stood, who had believed the words of Jesus, and who began to see Him not truly the son of Joseph, but like the believing centurion, “Truly this man was the Son of God” (Mark 15:39).
John 10:15 “As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.” These two verbal ‘knoweth’ and ‘know’ mean the same thing because both are the same Greek ginōskō (ghin-oce’-ko): ‘have absolute knowledge.’ The John 10:15 disquisition is in His capacity as the Messiah, Whose goings forth hath been of old. As the Divine Logos, Jesus Christ is the Omniscient Second Member of the Godhead, ergo, He knows everything the Eternal Father knows. This is the information that our carnality fails to apprehend. There is absolutely no reason to wallow in doubt regarding the unfathomable essence of Jesus. Paul in Colossians 2:3 wrote, “In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Is it some? Does it say a huge amount of it? No. Pauline Holy Spirit inspiration says, “all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Of what hue is the delineation of Omniscient essence captured if Colossians 2:3 fails? Selah!

Get born again by saying this simple prayer; believing it with all your heart:
“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
