Who Is The True Author Of Salvation? (Nine)
Sun worship
(…continues from part eight…)
9) Al-Baqara (the 2nd chapter of the Qur’an) verse 62 reads, “Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the Sabians; anyone who believes in God, and believes in the Last Day, and leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.” Jesus the Author of salvation is missing in Muhammadanism. Are Jews, Christians and Sabians the only people on earth, why single them out? Is mere believing in God the way to salvation? It cannot be. Why? “Thou believest that there is one God;” James 2:19 states, and concludes with, “thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” Regeneration of the soul is what saves. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2Corinthians 5:17). ‘If any man’ is the Greek ei tis (eitiys’), meaning: ‘if any person; whosoever.’ The word ‘man’ in John 3:3 is tis as well, which does not, like Muhammad, limit those to whom soteriology is given.
Why should the regeneration of the sinful Adamic being be in association with Christ? It says in Jude 1:1 “Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:” and the word ‘preserved’, is tereo (tee-re’-ō): “to guard (from loss or injury); (properly) by keeping the eye upon, i.e. to note (a prophecy); (thus, figuratively) to maintain’ in this context. Jesus the Saviour is the divine Guardian and Maintainer of our salvation. Hebrews 1:1-3 “God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2) Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3) Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;” this is the One and the only Author of salvation by whom God has addressed and solved the sin question.
“In the beginning was the Word” (John 1:1; John 1:14; 1John 1:1).
That which counterfeits other ways of salvation is the unresolved lacunary sin question issue in their teachings. The Incarnation of Christ absolutely addresses the annihilating sin question. “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made” (John 1:3). Everything both unseen and those that allow attraction of perceptibility are the things of Christ’s creative hands. Most definitely, salvation of the soul of man cannot be authored by any other save Jesus. “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). The word ‘world’ is not aiōn (ahee-ohn’): ‘for ever, an unbroken age, perpetuity of time, eternity, the worlds, universe period of time, age’. It is not aiōnios (ahee-o’-nee-os): ‘Without beginning and end, that which always has been and always will be.’ Gē (ghay), which means: ‘arable land; the ground, the earth as a standing place,’ is not the Greek for ‘world’ as used in this context. Jesus did not employ the use of oikoumenē (oy-kou-men’-ay): ‘orderly arrangement, that is, decoration; by implication the world; the inhabited earth; globe; specifically the Roman Empire.’ The word used in this John 16:33 is Kosmos (kos’-mos): ‘an apt and harmonious arrangement or constitution, order, government.’ Kosmos is the only one among them that defines as: the ungodly multitude; the whole mass of men alienated from God, and therefore hostile to the cause of Christ; world affairs, the aggregate of things earthly.
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). The word ‘life’ is zōe (zō-ee’): ‘life (more than merely the present physical or natural life); life-above (above or elevated in relation to the mere physical condition. There may be strong connotations and direct inferences to Spiritual, Kingdom, or Eternal life in certain contexts, but not always. This word deserves special demarcation and attention); epithet of Jesus (John 14:6), the source of life (Col 1:16-17), both of the natural existence and above this mere bodily existence.’
Sun (Nimrod) worship has global acceptance.
There is no doubt, given what the religious globe leans on, that Nimro-Semiramis (sun/moon worship) is prevalent, probably having more human adherence. It had its commencement in postdiluvian kingdom of Nimrod. After the death of Nimrod, Semiramis, his wife, apotheosized her late husband and she assumed the apotheotic state of the moon goddess; and together with Tammuz, her son, the global sun worship had its own trinity of Satanism. After the fall of Babel this Nimro-Semiramism metamorphosed into its Egyptian version of Osiris, Isis and Horus. Empires after empires that continue to rise up embraced the sun worship. Re is the Egyptian sun god; Surya in Hinduism; Helios among the people of Greece; Sol in the Roman Empire; Mithra in Persia; Utu among the Sumerians; and Shamash in Babylonian and other Semitic areas. As Sol Invictus its worship is the “Unconquered Sun” widely celebrated (globally) on December 25.
A subtle acceptance of sun worship is prevalent in Catholicism and the Islamic adoption of the ‘star and the crescent’ religious symbolism (Please, visit my two parts post “THE STAR AND THE CRESCENT (part one)” by clicking on this link: https://hoojewale.wordpress.com/2016/11/22/the-star-and-the-crescent-part-one …). What Satan started way back in the antediluvian age through Cain who went to the East of Eden – east being a symbolism of the sun – to build his city, the Devil goaded Nimrod with the galvanism of its global acceptance. Lucifer, the god of this world, has directed the course of Satanism to create different false entities of salvation. But, be wise and do not refuse to accept Jesus, the True Author ofsalvation.
Spiritual acquittal and discharge takes place only when one is born again. To be born again, say, with all your heart, this simple prayer:
“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
