Nebuchadnezzar’s golden image

2)            Did Nebuchadnezzar’s religion command movements of the teeming people? Let us look into the Bible. Daniel 3:7 “Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.” It was not the first time that the majority of the people would follow after idolatrous life. When Cain, the first born of the first ever couple of humanity, decided to remain an unbeliever of the LORD God, the sinful generation of his progeny, the entire, teeming antediluvian miscreants lived: the enemy of Jehovah.

When God told Noah to build the ark which was intended to save people of the sinning world, only eight humans, including Noah, out of about two million five hundred thousand world population entered the ark. In the postdiluvian era, the Bible says, 6) “And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. 7) Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. 8) So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city” (Genesis 11:6-8).

                   Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD

Nimrod, as the Scripture makes us understand in Genesis 10:9 “He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD:” and when one looks at the word ‘before’ it is the Hebraic pânı̂ym (paw-neem’), which means: ‘against, anger,’ gives a true picture of Nimrod as ‘a hunter of men’ – out of sheer wickedness and most probably for religious sacrifice. Most of the people of the postdiluvian age followed after the antichrist of their day, totally undeterred by the existence of the oldest man and the head of humanity, Noah, the father of the whole earth after the antediluvian age, whom God used to preserve Adamic life.

People will rather give allegiance to terribly wrong teachings and movements than come to the righteousness of the One Who enjoins, “Come unto Me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” They, unfortunately, show marked interest in the vagabondism of the unsettledness of the one who admitted, “From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it” (Job 2:2). When peccability swallows the frailty of humanity, the soul dances in abject darkness and faithfully allowing incorrigibility as the order of his days: Satanism enthroned.

Religious power, firmly in Nebuchadnezzar’s hands, like any other consumed of Lucifer, he was ready to cage all followers in the worship of the golden image of his idolatry. Satan’s religious lean has one major intent. It is to veer mankind off the Way, Truth and Life: Jesus. Man was made on day six; which is the reason for fashioning the golden image in the breadth of six cubits. Threescore is sixty, add six cubits and that brings us to 66, which points, theologically to Jesus Christ, the Second Man of 1Corinthians 15:47. Religions of the world where Lucifer is its god must continue to exhibit Christ-like illusionism; deceiving to destruction. Why would Nebuchadnezzar set up the object of idolatry in Dura? It is simply because the Chaldean dûrâ’ (doo-raw’) means: ‘circle or dwelling.’ Jesus promised Christianity of the celestial dwelling with the Father. What Satanism must do is to place its teeming people in the vicious circle of its own Dura. Babylon also means ‘confusion.’

The LORD God knew everything about all creations.

Any religious movement that lacks the Christ connection will end up in total confusion. The Bible says all the important people worshipped at the feet of the golden image. An insight into religious occult of the world will prove that the world’s great people: the royal highnesses, princes, politicians, the governors, governmental heads of nations, the captains of industries, the judges, the bankers, the local government heads etc. abound in Freemasonry, Illuminati, Kabbalah and what have you – they are the people Nebuchadnezzar called into the service of Lucifer. What did the Devil do when the fallen angels married women of the world? “There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown” (Genesis 6:4).

From the second verse of the unholy matrimony, any ambiguity as to who the ‘giants’, ‘mighty men’ and ‘men of renown’ were is clearly resolved. Genesis 6:2 “That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.” The lethiferous union between the fallen angels of Lucifer and daughters of Adam had already been consummated in verse two. By the time of the fourth verse the malicious marriage had birthed the ‘giants’ which in Hebrew is nephı̂yl (nef-eel’): ‘properly, a feller, that is, a bully or tyrant.’ The Hebraic nephı̂yl is not really about gargantuan size; it is of the magnitude of the tyranny unleashed from these half-angels-half-men progeny upon the antediluvian age. The cult of Satanism, physically overseen by the intelligence of angels, albeit fallen, produced tyrannical ‘mighty men’ of ‘renown’ or great fame. Satanic favouritism is the dangling carrot – promise to giantize one’s societal elevation – that people of the world still chase after till the Kingdom of God comes!

Get Jesus initiated by getting born again: pray this prayer, believing it with all your heart. Say,

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
