The Fruit Of The Knowledge Of Good And Evil (2)

2)            To the logical intent of human philosophical reasoning, God probably put the offensive tree in the midst Eden Garden for the sufferance of spiritual cohabitation between Adamic race and evil. Does it not make it clear in 2Corinthians 6:14 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?” Our cohabitation with the seed of evil is never the will of God. It is as the result of Luciferian pollution. “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him” (Revelation 12:9).

It is not divine intention to have us cohabit with Satanism; the true reason is to give us the awareness of evil incursion. What remarkable deed did God do in the first four days of the recreationism? On day one He ‘divided’ the light from the darkness. On day two He ‘divided’ the waters from the waters; and on day three the terra firma was separated from the water. On the fourth day the lights were made to ‘divide’ the day from the night. The Hebrew word for ‘divided’ or ‘divide’ is bâdal (baw-dal’): ‘to separate; sever; set apart; make a distinction, difference; to be excluded.’

Man was never placed close to this tree for man’s management of it; a complete severance of it, is the intention of the Divinity. Adam had permissible contact with the other trees and their fruits “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” (Genesis 2:17). Adam’s acquiescence to enter into business with the enemy is an unholy inclusion that failed to exclude Lucifer in their affairs.

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is to test Adamic obedience. I sincerely believe that if the pristine family had victoriously ostracized the cursed tree and, especially, lived to one thousand years of their existence, the LORD God, Who walked in the Garden every cool of the day would have brought for them, clothes to further prove their lordship over the cosmos. God wants to see the true Christ-like lifestyle in the Adamic elevation. It takes true obedience to love the LORD God with all the heart, mind, thought and strength. It does require from an individual, true obedience, to adhere strictly to, “Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left” (Deuteronomy 5:32). The word ‘observe’ is shâmar (shaw-mar’): ‘to keep, guard, give heed, have charge of, keep watch and ward, protect, save life.’

The first ever instructions God gave to Adam on his day of creation is, “to dress it and to keep it” (Genesis 2:15); where ‘dress’ is ‛âbad (aw-bad’): ‘to work, serve, to labour, till;’ and ‘keep’ is shâmar (shaw-mar’) the same as ‘observe’ of Deuteronomy 5:22. Disappointingly, Adam failed to protect his Eden residence, which is truly God’s house. He failed to guard against the incursion of Satanism, which can only be possible by his inability to use the Word of God. Disobedience to the Word of God is definitely a yielding to the entrapment of Satanism.

If it is wrong for Adam to cohabit with an emblem of Satanism, both in social and spiritual terms, Adam’s free moral agency must work towards the absolute uprooting of that tree that the Devil used to cause our downfall. When they fell, what did God do? Genesis 3:21 “Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.” God used the skin of recumbency to cover our sin after being propitiated by the blood of those animals, which points to the event of Golgotha.

Adam should never have disobeyed God. Why? “And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. 23) For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king” (1Samuel 15:22-23). They failed to live in obedience: for the person of evil made sure that they should not understand that, “obedience is better than sacrifice.”
