In the ventilation of the vaticinatory erudition of Isaiah, Jesus received sobriquets of, Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of peace (Isaiah 9:6). The Hebraic pele' (peh’-leh) is the English ‘Wonderful’, meaning: 'miracle (extraordinary, hard to understand thing).’ This is the reason why I have always maintained that Jesus is the most enigmatic Person to tread on the surface of terra firma. The phenomenality of the miraculous is exclusively God’s métier. The look-alike of miracle, seemingly, is the demonic magic – fraught with manipulations of Satanism. It is purely miraculous: the Incarnation – when God became a man. The ancient of days became the Infant of days. Sheer act of miracle it is that the Eternal King, our Saviour, Jesus Christ, continues to sit in the sacerdotal office of the celestial Tabernacle for the preservation of man’s redemption.
