10)          Unbelievable it seems that God the Father will address another by the title “God”, for we know that His glory He gives to none. Hebrews 1:8 “But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.” A sect that uses the Bible to teach the Kingdom of God, which goes by the name Jehovah’s Witnesses Society, does not believe in the Deity of Jesus. They have another rendition of the Bible which gives an adulterated translation of this verse as: “The throne of your God is for ever…” but a good study of the Septuagint shows indubitably that the verse comes with the exclamation “O!” proving that this verse is an address to another Person. Does it make grammatical sense writing, “The throne of your O! God is forever?” Therefore, there is absolutely no reason for Jehovah’s Witness people teaching that God said that, not to another, but of Himself. Paul got this verse from Psalm 45:6 “Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.” The only way opened to mankind to be given the citizenship of heaven, even the eternal Kingdom of Jesus, is to be born again.

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:”

Why, I need to ask, do you think, the Bible has the statement of Genesis 1:26 “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth”? Now, the name ‘God’ is the Hebraic Ělôhı̂ym (el-o-heem’): ‘gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative.’ The plurality of ‘ĕlôhı̂ym, appropriately the council of the Godhead, is irrefutably the involvement of God the Father, Christ and the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the counsel of the Godhead decided to especially bless the first couple because for the first time of the recreationism, the Creator must be physically involved, using the Divinity of His bare hands, when consideration is given to Genesis 2:7 word ‘formed,’ yâtsar (yaw-tsar’): ‘to mould into a form (through the squeezing into shape); especially as a potter.’

In the sculptural fashioning of Adam and his Woman, God’s intention did not suffer any natural or otherwise death for them; this fact is fully established in Genesis 1:28 “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” This phenomenal supremacy of Adamic elevation did not go down well with Satanism.

Skullduggery of Lucifer led to the fall of Adam in Genesis chapter three. Four thousand years down the line, God’s involvement in earthly activities produced the Incarnation, exclusively targeted at the soteriology, designed for the elevation of Adamic phenomenality. Who, personally, among the Persons of the Godhead, is involved in the Incarnation and the soteriological resolution? The Second Member of the Godhead, Jesus Christ, of course. After the sacrificial event, leading to the death on the cross, the burial and the inevitable resurrection, we read, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth” (Matthew 28:18). Search the Scriptures and you will discover the Omniscience, omnipotence and Omnipresence of Christ. It is, therefore, not deceitful what one reads in Matthew 12:8 “For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.” His Lordship of the Sabbath indubitably makes Him, Jesus, the LORD God of creation. Your rejection of His Word is done to your own peril.

The eternal King of kings and Lord of lords

How can one, in his sanity of mind, decide to reject the divine asseveration of John 10:30, “I and [my] Father are one”? This averment of Jesus is too deep. The word ‘I’ is ego (e-ğō’): ‘(emphatically, of the first person) I (Only expressed when emphatic);’ and ‘are’ is, esmen (ez-men’): ‘we are’ is indicative of eime which means ‘exist’. The mind blowing, interesting thing about ego eime is that it is the same name I AM THAT I AM [or simply I AM]. There are more than One Person in the theological understanding of Jehovah. The word ‘one’ heis (heis’) is a neuter gender with the definition of ‘essence’. God the Father and the Son are of the same essence i.e. the nature of Omnipotence, Omnipresence and Omniscience! What does this verse mean in essence? The rejection of Jesus is a turn away from righteousness, salvation and blissfulness of God’s heaven.

Now, one will easily appreciate the Christian hymn that says:

What the Lord has done for us we cannot tell it all.

What Jesus has done for us, we cannot tell it all.

What the Lord has done for us, we cannot tell it all:

He saved us, and washed us in His blood.

So, I can shout, “Hallelujah!”

We can shout, “Hallelujah!”

I can shout, “Praise the LORD!”

                In conclusion, I am sure you have often heard that “Jesus is Lord.” The title “Lord” is Kurios in Greek meaning: ‘supreme in authority, the one in control, master.’ The same ‘Lord’ in Hebrew is ‘Adonai, The Lord God of Israel (which is actually Yahweh God of Israel).’ This is Jesus. Selah!

Get Jesus initiated by getting born again: pray this prayer, believing it with all your heart. Say,

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
