Who Is Abel Damina Working For? (vii)

Abel Damina teaches, “If you follow the Bible you will be poor all your life.”

7) This is an unedited statement of Dr Abel Damina: “If you follow the Bible you will be poor all your life.” As if that was not damning enough he went on, “This is the reason why Christians are the poorest people on earth.” The protocollary holy writ of Christianity is called The Bible, or Word of God, also called Scriptures. From Latin biblia, it is called Bible because it is a book; being the protocollary essence of Divine instructions for the Christian walk, the Book containerizes the express Word of God. It is called Scriptures: for by Divine inspiration some forty or so individuals wrote the books of the Bible. In this Book, truly authored by the Creator, Abraham called Him Jehovah jireh meaning: ‘Jehovah (will) see (to) it,’ in Genesis 22:14. He is Jehovah râphâ’ in Exodus 15:26 because God heals diseases. Gideon called Him Jehovah-shalom meaning: ‘Jehovah is peace.’

Jesus, the LORD God, is the Keeper of the righteousness of our salvation.
The Hebraic Yehôvâh Tsidqênû is found in Jeremiah 23:6 which is ‘Jehovah our righteousness.’ He is the ‘LORD of hosts’ that is Yahweh Tsâbâ’ or Tsabbaoth. Jehovah Shammah is His Hebrew name for ‘The LORD is There.’ Yahweh Nissi is ‘Yahweh is my banner or standard.’ Jehovah Shalom means Jehovah is Peace. Shâlôm (shaw-lome’) which forms this compound name of the Most High is all-encompassing peace: ‘completeness (in number); safety, soundness (in body); welfare, that is, (figuratively) well, happy, friendly; also (abstractly) welfare, that is, health, prosperity.’ As Jehovah jireh He will see to all my needs: for He created us to be needy of His Providence. Before and after the doctor, as Yahweh Râphâ, God says, “For I am the LORD that healeth thee” in Exodus 15:26. Gideon’s physical encounter with the LORD prompted him to raise an altar in remembrance of Jehovah shalom (Judges 6:24). Yehôvâh Tsidqênû is the righteousness known only of the Creator. It is the political title of the soon coming King, Jesus Christ, Who will rule for one whole thousand years on this very earth. That He will rule for one thousand earthly years is another Scriptural fact Damina jettisons, believing that Jesus is not coming back again. Why is He Jehovah Tsabbaoth? The true empyrean hosts or armies are His creation (Genesis 2:1). He is none other than the LORD of hosts in 1Samuel 1:3.

Jehovah Shammah is properly prophetic utterance of Ezekiel 48:35 concerning the eventual establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth. As Jehovah Shammah, He is there as our King of kings and the Lord of lords. The historicity of Yahweh Nissi, found in Exodus 17:8-15, saw Moses raising his arms in representative capacity as the spiritual, judicial and political head of Israel, and representing the banner or the standard of God, serving as the war victory enablement. Now, “Put,” as Reverend Chris Okotie will put it, “all these names together, and they all are telescoped in one name: JESUS.” The LORD Jesus is the Head of the Church. So, tell me something here. Where will I go when I need to have whatever need confronts me; is it not Jesus? Where two or three are gathered in His name to raise holy hands to the Most High, is it not the Church? The Church, I have come to understand, is the one stop shop for all spiritual needs. The one against our happiness, Satan, is a spiritual evil being, whose abode is outside the Church. Where does Abel Damina tell his congregation to seek wealth? He said categorically, “If you want to make money, go outside the Church.” And that is what any great motivational speaker will teach you.
Solomon, the third king of Israel, was in the vicinity of the national temple of Israel when he asked God, 9) “Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people? 10) And the speech pleased the LORD, that Solomon had asked this thing. 12) Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee. 13) And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days” (1Kings 3:5-13).

“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse,…saith the LORD of hosts,” Prophet Malachi.
Was it not the place of God’s people assemblage that Jehovah commanded to honour Him with our substances? 10)“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 11) And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts” (Malachi 3:10-11). In giving promises for bringing our resources to the Church God said, “prove me now herewith, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” Not only that, He will “rebuke the devourer for our sakes.” If God will bless us in His capacity as the “LORD of hosts” does it not show everyone that He is going to war on our behalf to provide for those of us who seek wealth through the Church protocol? The great wealth of money Abel Damina wields is, definitely, not from the One Whose ownership is the cattle on thousands of hills, because it is acquired outside the Church of Jehovah Shammah. Selah!

Get born again by saying this simple prayer.
“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
