The holy of holies where sat the Third Member of the Godhead: The Holy Spirit

3)            The Scriptural documentation of equality in the Godhead is found in Genesis 1:26 “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:” where the “Us” is not in reference to an erroneous belief that angels were meant. If it involves angels’ participation, then Colossians 2:18 warning against angel worship is quite unreasonable. There is no smidgeon of proof that angels were meant in Genesis 1:26; the only Three Members of the Godhead involvement is found of due documentation in the opening verses of the entire Bible. 1) “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2) And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3) And God said, Let there be light: and there was light” (Genesis 1:1-3). ‘God’ in verse one is plural of: the only Three Entities of the creationism. God the Holy Spirit ‘moved’ [the Hebrew râchaph (raw-khaf’) is defined: ‘to hover; to brood] as it were, supplying all the energy of need to create according to Divine protocol. God the Father spoke, “Light be,” and there was light. When you look at the Light, the Three Members are complete.

He is the True Light: JESUS

This Light is not the luminous flash from the sun or stars. The Light is a Personage. Creation of lights took place later in Day 4. The Word that was in the beginning ere creationism is the True Light, according to John 1:1-9. What does the ninth verse say? “That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world” (John 1:9). It is at the manifestation of the Light that creation commenced. Remember what Jesus says of Himself, “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world” (John 9:5). Illumination brings knowledge as we know, but scriptural clarity – on knowledge – says of Jesus, “In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” (Colossians 2:3). The True Light is the Incarnation of Immanuel. Angels, ergo, could not be the participatory “Us” of Genesis 1:26: for if they are meant, we, created beings, should be worshipping the angels who have a hand in Adamic creation.

Proven equality among the Persons of the Godhead abound in Scripture. Only the I AM, Yahweh or LORD is truly worthy of worship; and that is what definitely separates Jehovah God from any other man, angel or idol. Every raised altar for the fellowship with God in the Bible had Jehovah in attendance. Maybe in the eternality of the future He would, but in these Adamic days, God the Father does not set His feet on earth, it was the Christ, the Second Member of the Godhead Who received the latria all the forty years of wilderness experience of Israel. After the completion of the Jerusalem Temple, built by Solomon, the LORD God of Israel, the Holy Spirit, is the Occupant of the holy of holies, the third compartment of the Temple of Jehovah, to receive the daily latria. The reason for this is quite simple.

The Eternal Father is ever seated, physically, on the throne; the Incarnation of the Christ trod physically on the streets of Israel; it leaves the Holy Spirit to be the One to receive the latria none else is worthy to receive, seated on the mercy seat on the ark of covenant in the holiest compartment of the Temple. The Holy Spirit’s involvement in the creationism is the proof of His Deity, ergo, receives worship. The apogee of the re-creationism is the moulding and the eventual building of the Adam the male and Adam the female respectively; both having the image and likeness of the Creator. The first two humans remain the first ever Church in Eden of the earth. The Holy Spirit, Who generated enough Divine energy for the establishment of Church, Who also energized the nascent Church on Pentecost Day, must be the One to sit, the LORD God of Israel, in the Jerusalem Temple to receive worship, various oblatory rituals and to forgive their sins. Amen.

Getting born again is a conscious effort on the part of an individual. Get born again. Say this sinner’s prayer.

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
