MARY AND HER MATERNITY OF GOD (3)

Theologically speaking, is it possible for God, the Creator, to have a mother? Mothering Jehovah is an absolute possibility of the deification of Mary. Could she be a ‘Goddess’? Why, for crying out loud, would such an aberrational latria be accorded a good and very humble natured Mary of the Bible, who will definitely deny this Mariolatrous crave of Catholicism? The quiddity of maternity presupposes superiority of age above the object of parturition. If this is a truism, then Mary must be older, biologically, than the pristine Adam the female. Why do I think so? Mary must, of biological necessity, be older than the Incarnation of her parturition, simply because the LORD God is older than the Woman of Eden. Is Mary older than the Christ? Ascribing aeipartheonos to Mary, the mother of Jesus, is a proof of the fact that some theologians are bedevilled with the problem of philosophers, who, suffering from idleness of mind, will, on their own volition, decide to theorize things that cannot be found in the mind of the divine Object of theology: the LORD God. In Zechariah 6:13 the ‘Counsellor’ is at once the King and the Priest after the order of Melchizedek – without a beginning and no ending of His Majestic sacerdotalism due to the fact of His eternality. The ubiquity of Jesus is captured in Luke 21:15. Who can give wisdom to the hearts of several people in diverse locations save the Most High? Jesus containerizes the entire wisdom and knowledge of God, ergo, He knows all things. There is no gainsaying the fact that only an entity of divinity can be made to us: wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption found in 1Corinthians 1:30.Read More

ISAIAH CHAPTER NINE VERSE SIX (two)

The epithets of this Gift to humanity are absolutely of the Divinity. The first of the given Son's name is 'Wonderful' and it is pele' (peh'-leh) in the Hebrew, meaning: 'miracle, marvel, wonder (extraordinary, hard to understand thing), wonder (of God's acts of judgment and redemption).' While other works of wonderment are of magical orientation, Jehovah alone performs miracles. Does history know of anyone who performed or performs more miracles than Jesus? He, it was, who went about doing good things, I mean, good things beyond human endowed capabilities. Read More
