Who Is Abel Damina Working For? (iv)

The risen Christ
(…continues from part Three…)
4) Of truth is the fact that the risen Jesus is more spiritual – walking around Israel – than when He was yet to go to submit Himself for the substitutionary death. The first question I should want Damina to answer without an eisegetical twist is, “Why did Luke quote what he heard from the disciples, if it was not scriptural?” What books does Dr Damina read to teach things diametrically opposed to the revealed word of God? It is in the Bible that the angels told them the words of Acts 1:10-11. Was Damina present in person and was he a living entity of its historicity to enable him the right of refutations? Damina, you cannot rewrite or edit the Bible. I want to believe that Abel Damina is one of the preachers who do not believe in the rapture; the best thing he can do is to make nonsense of any verse of the Bible that stands in his eisegetical crave. The Bible does not give the slightest hint of the angels’ scriptural ignorance. Have I not heard you, Damina, saying, “When the Scripture is loud, be loud; but where the Bible is silent, be silent?” Abel Damina is shunning ethical standards of scriptural didacticism just to teach scriptural anomalies.

“I am with you always” (Matthew 28:20).
Damina’s postulation concerning the angels who spoke the words of Acts 1:11 is, “Remember it was an angel who spoke, and angels don’t know much, because they are still learning from us.” Damina’s view is, “His – Jesus’ – immaterial body disappeared and went into them;” because, according to Damina, Jesus told them, “The kingdom of God is in us.” He buttressed his teaching with, “Remember Jesus said, ‘When they say to you, Christ is here, do not believe them.” He also used, “I am with you always,” to prove that Jesus did not ascend to heaven. How does the scriptural, “I am with you always” prove the disappearance of Jesus? Of course, ‘being with us always’ has an implied verity of dwelling in us, but the context of Pauline admonish is to remind us of His covenantal fraternity. This does not make Jesus a Houdini – of Damina’s fantasy. The Bible says Jesus parted from them heavenward into the clouds; is that not ascension? Is Damina not today’s Cerintus? Damina has, definitely, come to steal, kill and to destroy the truth of the gospel, and so unfortunately, he has teeming like-minded people in their millions, probably. Is it not true that billions of followership does not necessarily translate to living in the veracity of the revealed Word of God? There are more in the camp of Satanism than in the Church of the Living God.

“When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive” (Ephesians 4:8-10).
Did Jesus disappear, truly, in the manner of Damina’s teaching, and went into the disciples? You know quite well this cannot receive biblical corroboration. The Bible tells us where and how He went.
Mark 16:19 “So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.” This took place forty days after His resurrection, when He had reminded and had told them many things they needed to know in anticipation of the establishment of His Church. Luke 24:50-51 50) “And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. 51) And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.” Abel Damina teaches that this never happened. Ephesians 4:8-10 8) “Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9) (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10) He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things).” Anabainō (an-ab-ah’-ee-no) is the Greek for ‘ascended’ and it means: ‘to go up (literally or figuratively).’ Will it surprise me to hear Damina roar out in defence of his claim by pointing to the fact that ‘going up’ of Anabainō has a figurative sense? It will not. The revelation given to the Spirit-filled Stephen knocks out your anomalous claim, Dr Damina. 55) “But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, 56) And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God” (Acts 7:55-56).

“God did not tell Noah to build an ark,” taught Abel Damina. Of truth when God wants to expose falsehood He allows you to run your mouth of the deceitfulness lodged in your heart. What I have come to know about Abel Damina is that even though you show him from the holy writ, he is never short of theologically unsubstantiated innuendos to argue his vitiated thoughts through. That deceitful quiddity Damina has mastered to sway ignorant ear itching Church goers to his eisegetical side. Let us read the historicity of what Moses wrote concerning the ark. Genesis 6:13-16 13) “And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. 14) Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. 15) And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits. 16) A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it.” Who spoke to Noah?

Get born again by saying this simple prayer.
“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
