MUHAMMAD DENIES THE DIVINITY OF JESUS (5)

Jesus, the Lord of Sabbath, is the Creator of Genesis 2:2, who rested on the 7th Day.

(…continues from part four…)

5)            Who, therefore, is the LORD God seen by the pristine parents in the Garden of Eden? The answer was given by Jesus Christ, when He revealed Himself as the Lord of Sabbath. Muhammad consistently emphasized the acknowledgement of the “resurrection day”. Muhammad saw the resurrection day as an event in heaven. When Martha could only see the resurrection as an event for the saints of God, “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26) And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this” (John 11:25-26)? Only the Personage of Divinity could lay claim to being the Resurrection Himself! Only the Christ, the Second Member of the Godhead, will make the asseverative statement of, “I Am the Resurrection!”

“I and my Father are one,” says Jesus. The word ‘one’ is heis (heis’) with the English definition: ‘one – as a neuter gender.’ Heis, in this sense, is ‘essence’. Jesus and the Father are of the same divine essence. Muhammad’s philosophical stray sees the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ and the Father breathing airs of divisionary disagreements once upon a time to emerge in Al-Mu’minun, the 23rd chapter of the Qur’an verse 91. This is quite ludicrous and smacks of puerility. The Members of the Trinity are in actual fact one God! They never think, will, act or know in diversity. They are actually what I call Them: one-like-three and three-like-one. They do not think like objects of creationism do. Each One of the Trinity has the Almighty distinction of omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence; how can they ever disagree when they had already sat in counsel of the Trinity long before anything that is made comes into existence. Muhammad has not an iota knowledge of the God of the Bible. Obviously Muhammad heard countless tales of disagreements among gods of idolatry.

Will the Trinity of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit disagree like these? Not a chance!

Aal-e-Imran 3:45 [And mention] when the angels said, “O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary – distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah].

The Tafsir: Delivering the Good News to Maryam of `Isa’s Birth According to the majority of the scholars, this tyis the meaning of Allah’s statement (about Yahya) (Believing in the Word from Allah) (3:39). His name will be Al-Masih, `Isa, the son of Maryam, And he will be known by this name in this life, especially by the believers. `Isa was called “Al-Masih” (the Messiah) because when he touched (Mash) those afflicted with an illness, they would be healed by Allah’s leave.

Of truth Muhammadan prophetic office dwelt in egregiousness of incomprehension. It was never His tactility that made Him the Messiah. In Him dwells all the natures of Divinity, as attested to by Colossians 2:3 “In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” The sobriquet, Al-Masih, is not of Arabic origin. It has its etymological acceptation in Hebraic lexicon. The true definition must, therefore, be sourced from the Jewish understanding.

Daniel the prophesied fulfilled global events

Messiah is first seen in Daniel 9:25 “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.” The term ‘Messiah’ is the Hebraicmashiyach (maw-shee’-ach): ‘1. anointed. 2. (usually) a person anointed and set apart (made holy) to God’s service (as a king, priest, or servant). 3. (specifically) the Messiah, the Anointed One.’ Thirty-six other times – from Leviticus 4:3 to Habakkuk 3:13 – it is written as ‘anointed’ which is the same mashiyach. When it is in reference to human anointing i.e. priests, prophets and kings the anointing speaks of ‘being shielded’ to do God’s work.

In the case of the Christ, He is the very shield and the unguent; He is the universal Saviour. When, therefore, He made the scriptural averment of John 14:6, it was a categorical statement of His Messianic office, which reads, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” The Bible says in Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Yet another reads, “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1Corinthians 3:11).

Getting born again is a conscious effort on the part of an individual. Get born again. You were born in sin. Say this sinner’s prayer.

“Dear heavenly Father, I come to You now in the name of Jesus Christ. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sin. I believe that You raised Him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and I receive Him now as my Lord and my Saviour. I give God all the glory. Amen!”
