He Walked On Water (two)

2)            Incredibility of phenomenality got to its crescendo when Peter, a mere stock of Adamic reality, took unbelievable steps on water as well. The word ‘come’, from Jesus to Peter is not the imperative deute (dyoo’-the): ‘come hither, come here; come now!’ It is erchomai (er’-khom-ahee): ‘to come from one place to another; to come into being, arise; find place or influence; be established.’ Erchomai, an imperfect tense, is the employment word of action from the lips of the Lord with the culmination intent of getting mankind, who is to take over from Him, to be established as the lord of the earth.

Jesus walked the walk for our sake as well. We have been emboldened by the manifestation of the Lord from heaven and the work He wrought in us. In the name of Jesus, Christianity fears no evil. John 12:46 “I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.” When it comes to Jesus, you can put all your eggs in one basket. He is the only Person one can put all one’s trust in and will not ever wallow in obscurity: for that is what the Greek for ‘darkness’ i.e. skotia (skot-ee’-ah) means. The people of Christianity remain phenomenal entities. Why? We belong to Jehovah Jesus, the Most High God. Amen.

Peter reminded Christianity what the Old Testament said of his Master, “and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded” (1Peter 2:6). The word ‘confounded’ is kataischunō (kat-ahee-skhoo’-no): ‘to shame down, that is, disgrace or (by implication) put to the blush.’ And Paul, quoting from the same Book of Isaiah 28:16, wrote, “As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed” (Romans 9:33). And when one grows in Christian maturity, one says it as it really is. 2Timothy 1:12 “For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.” Paul could not be drenched in an unnecessary chutzpah to have taught this to teachers of Christianity, using the Greek eidō (I’-do): ‘to perceive with the eyes; know, discover.’ A matured Christian ‘knows Whom he has believed’ no doubt. Jesus has bestowed Divine operative on man: the redeemed of God.

That Jesus Christ had been in heaven before creationism has scriptural attestation. He revealed Himself in John 3:13 “And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.” So, if Jesus Christ, Who was then seated with Nicodemus, was also, at the same time very present in heaven, what does that say of Him? Paul has the answer to this thought in 1Corinthians 15:47 “The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.” Who is the first man? Adam, the husband of Eve, is the first man. So, who is the Second Man? It is Jesus Christ, the Adonai of Sabbath; Lord of glory; Whose goings forth have been from everlasting; the Prince of peace; He is which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

The miraculous feeding of the thousands with an unbelievable five loaves and two fishes, which actually was the little boy’s lunch, was not a mere demonstrative exploitation of exhibitionism, it was what He must do to show that this is the incarnation of the Second Member of the Godhead, the Creator Who must make Adam not only male and female but in His image after His own likeness for a triune purpose of: actuation of soteriological protocolary, bringing Satanism to justice, and the eventual elevation of Adamic reality to Divine viceregency. For these reasons, wherefore, Jesus must get someone with the willingness of a Peter to walk with Him on water. Note the words of Peter: “if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water” it contained the beseeching “bid” which has definition of ‘to command, to order’ of the Greek keleuō (kel-yoo’-o). It must necessarily be Peter who would walk on water in representative capacity of the regenerate Adamic Christianity. Why? Peter means small stone. Every Christian is a symbolical stone – just like the cells that make up living beings – that builds the mystical body of Christ.

Get born again by saying this simple prayer.
